At your Home, Office, Nursing Home, Hospital, Coffee shop, etc.

Basic Service Fees

Traveling within 20 mile round trip: $60.00

Over 20 miles + $1.00 per mile + Time *, or negotiated flat fee

 

* Hourly fee $80.00 in 1/10 increments (6 min = $8.00)

Notarial Act: Maximum Fee established by

Washington State Law (WAC 308-30-220)

Services included in travel fee:

  • Witnessing or attesting a signature

  • Taking an acknowledgement or a verification upon oath or affirmation

  • Certifying or attesting a copy of an original document

  • Administering an oath or affirmation

  • Certifying an event has occurred

  • Certifying an act has been performed

Specialty Service Fees

Estate Documents

  • Will

  • Power of Attorney

  • Health POA or Health Directive

$80.00 for one package 

For couples $120.00 

Mobile Loan Signing

  • First Mortgages or single loan signing: $150.00

  • Standalone 2nd Mortgage: $95.00

  • Loan modifications: $75.00

Service fees include travel fee up to 20 miles round trip.

Other Mobile Service Fees

  • After Hours (after 9:00 PM): $100.00 in addition to regular fees

  • Printing E-Documents: $30.00 per loan document

  • Seller Signing: $90.00

  • Waiting Extra time: $8.00 for every 6 min. 

  • Delivery and document drop off to FedEx, UPS, and USPS: $15.00
